Vibrasonic Molechaser
Using a combination of sound and powerful vibrations, this state-of-the-art device is effective against moles, voles, shrews, gophers, and other destructive burrowing rodents. The Vibrasonic Molechaser produces an underground multi-modal sonic pulse that covers up to 13,500 square feet (1/3 acre). A patented motor drive generates vibrations that are irritating to rodents but harmless to pets and humans. The rodents leave the area to escape the sonic pulses radiating through the soil. Constructed from a single billet of aluminum, the device features a watertight control head that can be buried flush with the ground. Mowing and battery replacement can be done without removing the unit from the ground. Lifetime manufacturer’s warranty.

I bought two of these; one for my garden; and one for my mom. She has problems with shrewes eating her root vegetables; and my garden is directly adjacent to dense woods that is full of moles. I recently moved and just made the garden last year; so I didnt know what I would get into. We had moles terrible inside a fenced in area I made to keep the deer out. I put this vibrosonic chaser in the garden like 3 weeks ago; no moles. But I believe it may not be quite as strong as advertised; as I have quite a bit of recent mole movement in a flower bed outside of my garden. Maybe 20 feet from where it is buried. Does it work? Yes; but I find it not the 13;500 square feet they say. FYI; that is over 3 acres.....
